COVERAGE INCLUDES

We believe in providing comprehensive coverage for our members. Our savings plan includes a wide range of services to keep your smile healthy, including exams, X-rays, cleanings (two per year), and fluoride treatments (two per year).

SAVINGS PLAN BENEFITS

As a member of our savings plan, you’ll also enjoy a host of additional benefits. These include discounts of 25% off on various dental procedures such as dental implants, extractions, perio therapy, dentures, crowns/bridges, CT scans, cosmetic work, sealants, space maintainers, fillings, sedation, nitrous, root canals, and night guards.

ENROLLMENT DETAILS

You can enroll in our savings plan at any time and receive 12 consecutive months of coverage. The coverage terms on the last business day of the final month.

IMPORTANT NOTES

It’s essential to understand that our savings plan is a NOT dental insurance but a discount plan. It CANNOT be combined with any other dental insurance or savings plans. Additionally, this savings plan is only valid at Heritage Dental. If you are referred to a specialist office, their fees will apply. Please note that NO ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS can be combined with our savings plan, such as cash, check, or senior discounts. The membership fee is non-refundable, and the discount applies only to dental services, not products. Orthodontic services and Botox treatments are not included.
